About Aseda
Aseda is a conscious, intentional, global-bridge building, co-operative creating, bee population expanding company. Aseda’s business model is founded on principles of socially responsibility, creating sustainable life for our partners, restorative economies, the preservation of wild lands, and the protection of a native bee species. A triple bottom line business, including people and the planet being just as important as profit, is at the root of our business ethics. Conscious commerce is the Aseda way.
The first product and gem of Aseda is the world’s richest and most nutritious honey on the planet. Aseda Wild Honey is like nothing you have ever tasted. Raw, medicinal, gourmet and delicious! Aseda Wild Honey is a unique combination of deep black/brown color and rich sweet flavor, due to the pollen collected from the Shay trees and the Calabash fruit trees. One taste will leave your mouth with essences of a prehistoric forest while delivering giving minerals, vitamins, and anti-oxidants to your body; making Aseda Wild Honey the “honey of super-foods”. To discover a source as pure and untouched by the modern world is a rarity and a taste experience to be enjoyed. You have discovered Aseda, enjoy!
Aseda Wild Honey harkens from a remote and pristine forest. A wildlife and bee preserve situated in the northern region of Ghana; the closest land mass to zero latitude/zero longitude. The Mole National Forest is further insulated by a 50 mile radius no commercial agriculture zone, pesticide, insecticide, herbicide and fungicide use is strictly prohibited. Non-GMO, non-irradiated and ethically harvested, Aseda is ancient organic; the way foods, animals, people and the earth lived prior to the last 100 years. Aseda will ensure the future of this beautiful place on Earth stays that way. The bees are tended by a Bee-Keeping Co-operative consisting of local tribes, organized by Aseda and compensated “Beyond Fairtrade.”
Our line of super food offerings are developed around our gem of a super food. All ingredients in our offerings now and in the future come from origins with similar stories. We offer our delectable gifts the way Mother Nature intended, pure, free from the “hand of man” pollutants, benefiting native cultures, and growing healthy bee populations. We have designed Aseda to be a sustainable company to last at least 7 generations.
